Exposition Body Worlds

Exhibition "Tutankhamun, the Pharaoh's treasure"

After its immense success in Paris, the exhibition “Tutankhamun, the Pharaoh's treasure” travels to London for the third meeting of its world tour, which began in 2018, on the occasion of the centenary of the discovery of the tomb.

For 7 months, the Saatchi gallery, a contemporary art museum, will host 150 objects found in 1922 in the tomb of the young pharaoh, 60 of which came out of Egypt for the first time.

Temporary exhibitions at the National Gallery

Portraits of Gauguin

Immersive Leonardo Da Vinci experience

The National Gallery is launching the “Leonardo Da Vinci Immersive Experience” during which the secrets of the artist's masterpiece are revealed in four distinct spaces. These four rooms include projections showing the use of light and shadow and a workshop showing how restorers can look beneath the surface of the painting.

Diwali, the new Hindu

For this festival of lights, Trafalgar Square turns into a fairyland of lights.

Every year for November 5th, the City of London shoots fireworks across the city to celebrate the anniversary of the Powder Conspiracy. On November 5, 1605, the Catholic conspirator Guy Fawkes attempted to assassinate King James I and blow up Parliament.

Lord Mayor’s Show

The Lord Mayor - mayor of the City - goes by coach a month after his election to the Royal Court of Justice to take the oath of allegiance to the British Crown.

This 800-year-old parade brings together Londoners and tourists every year who come to see more than 6500 costumed people, 165 horses and 35 floats. Without forgetting the fanfare and the fireworks!
